On May 31, 2018, Savoury Chef took part in the Sparkle Gala presented by Beedie Development. The event raised $475,000 for the BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre Foundation. Donning denim + sparkle outfits, 200 guests gathered at a beautiful private penthouse in Coal Harbour to enjoy delicious Canapés, sushi and an oyster bar by Savoury Chef, a Holt Renfrew streetwear fashion show and an interactive whisky experience all to show their support for BC Women’s Hospital.
The money raised will help fund the BC Women’s Maternity Suite Expansion to increase the capacity to serve women with low-risk pregnancies.
