“Let me also add that my side of the family are very “Chinese” in that the only thing they really care about is the food. You should know that in their 70+ years of individual experiences, my uncles and aunts said that was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The short ribs were a particular favourite and everyone was trying to figure out how you managed to cook it so well, given that you were set up in a classroom! Guests also actually thought we had twice the number of servers because they were so attentive and the canapes were a huge hit.

Everything went perfectly for us and we couldn’t be more pleased.

From your chef who caught me to tell me that my 2 year old great niece had escaped and was heading down the stairs alone, to the staff who painstakingly cleaned the bird poop off the outside railings so people could lean on them to enjoy the incredible view, to Tim - who from the word go was affable and very professional, and he helped me clean up after the party was over so I didn’t have to do it alone. I was tired & still in my party dress, but we swept & mopped up together & I was so appreciative of his assistance! Then he sat & kept me company until the rental agency came to pick up the stuff. You guys all rock & I will highly recommend you to anyone who is in need of a catering firm.
